By accessing or using the Site, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms & Conditions Agreement (the “Terms” or “Agreement”) as well as our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into this Agreement.

Ability to Accept Terms & Conditions

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into, and comply with, these Terms. If you are using our Site on behalf of a business or other entity, you further represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that business or entity to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that business or entity.

Assignment

This Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you without prior written consent of Sewor® Watch but may be assigned by Sewor® Watch without restriction or notification.

General

Sewor® Watch reserves the right to discontinue or modify any aspect of the Site at any time. These Terms and the relationship between you and Sewor® Watch shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. You agree to submit to venue in Nashville, Tennessee and to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed and the remaining provisions enforced. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
